THE THEORY OF INTERSTELLAR: PART 1

" Do not go gentle into that good night;
 Old age should burn and rave at the close of the day.
 Rage, rage against the dying of the light"

"Gargantua, the black hole of Interstellar is actually what the movie is all about"
Is it? or, Is it not? Let us find it out.......

We have all done enough schooling to understand the fact that you have to first work on your basics before understanding any complex phrase or statement, so before all this let us get into the physics of a Black Hole.

So what is a Black Hole?
It is a little difficult to explain about a black hole without getting into the intricacies of physics but I've tried to simplify it for all of us. In plain layman terms, it is a collapsed star i.e a star which collapsed into itself due to it's high gravity. This mentioned star is so high on gravity( expensive thrills) that it sucks up everything around it be it time or light, and you were boasting after just a few joints, so let us try to decode this science of black hole using our emotions and some basic physics.
Now we have a star along with some gravity and now grab a burger and some fries and be ready.

Warning: The content ahead could be a little confusing so i have tried to make it as easy as possible.
While defining the black hole we used two more very important and technical terms, a Star and Gravity. For the Sake of the blog it is a must to understand both of these terms, though not scientifically but poetically and hence I've divided the blog into two parts, the first one being about the Star and the other about Gravity.

STAR: We have all read tonnes of books and poems that talk about stars but today we are going to redefine them, But to get the basics clear let us focus on the scientific definition which states that a star is an astronomical object consisting of a luminous spheroid of plasma held together by its own gravity, which simply means that it is a heavenly body which is like a big ball of energy stuck together by its own gravity, simple? Look we all knew that, so what's new? You'll get that once we cut our star surgically and understand the sole reason of its own existence or the base upon which it is created, the main mass or the base of a star is nothing but the energy that we see twinkling at the nights, this energy can be of different colors but like all of us each and every kind of energy has something in common and that are its basic constituents, so instead of doing the arduous task of defining energy let us all peak into the design of energy, Most of us know that there are two kinds of energy that are possessed by almost everybody, primarily the kinetic energy and secondly the potential energy. Don't worry these are just fancy terms used for worrying school children, and I am no teacher so I'll simplify it for you, basically kinetic energy is the energy produced due to the motion of a body and potential energy means the energy possessed by a body due to its state of rest.
So for convenience and as a true recipient of artistic license I'll take the liberty to bend science a little (A big sorry to all science freaks) and for this complete blog we'll consider energy to be a mixture of Kinetic and Potential energy :). With this the science of the star ends and very soon we are going to enter into the interesting phase of the blog. So let us go to Gravity.....
Rotating black holes may serve as gentle portals for hyperspace travel

GRAVITY: Now this term has varied meanings and it is one of the most used terms of Physics (be proud, Newton) , which is defined by a common man as the force which helps us to stay on earth or the attractive force between us and the Earth, which is partly right with an addition that it is not only the attractive force between us and the earth rather it is a force between any two bodies having some energy or mass in this entire universe or multi-verse( you can never know), interestingly this is just the blog for gravity lovers, Stars have had fans among the greatest of poets and the creepiest of the lovers, but Gravity was always neglected and didn't had a huge following, but this blog is just the treat the Gravity lovers wanted. But don't worry this is no physics lecture and the only thing you must know is that a Star is formed because of gravity( it holds the energy particles together) and it collapses because of the very same gravity (tears, huh?).
THE NEW DEFINITION: So if we look into the information with an eye of a poet, we could find that anything which has sufficient energy and enough gravity to hold that amount of energy could be defined as a Star, this was the new definition i talked about.

THE RELEVANCE: All of us remember the scene of Cooper falling into the black hole, it was for me the defining moment of the movie, it totally defined the movie and its protagonist in the best possible way, it was one of the most ironic scenes of not only the movie but of the last century, this was just like a smaller black hole being sucked into a bigger one, each of them trying to eat each other up and end up getting themselves destroyed, Yeah you guessed it right i dared to personify a thing as black, pale and dark as a black hole and that too with the most loved character of the movie. I tried to make you people understand the concepts of stars, gravity and energy because of what we are going to do now. We now know the definition of  a star and if we try to think with some more jest we'd realize that Cooper in himself was a Star, composed of Kinetic Energy and Potential Energy held together by Gravity, We all have these energies in ourselves but it was Cooper who had it enough to be compared to a Star, he produced Kinetic energy in immense quantities owing to his movements which weren't just confined to his locality, colony, city or even his continent, he had crossed all limits of movements by travelling through galaxies and solar systems. Similarly this man had loads of potential( energy) inside him, such great knowledge of astronomy that even though he is no longer a scientist, yet he is chosen as the pilot of the mission which was as important as saving the goddamm world, he showed immense emotional control and strength when he left his 10 year old daughter for the sake of humanity, hence he was one of the brightest stars and it was his mind that played the work of Gravity holding up all of his kinetic and potential energies into one body. This star also like all other stars was blessed with super high gravity, but eventually this gravity( his own mind) went out of control, due to his own exceeding emotions( potential energy) both due to love for his daughter and love for brand, his co-pilot, this gravity reached its peak when he threw himself ( and TARS) into the black hole as a result of his own emotions which caused his mind to go berserk and this constant increase in his gravity turned this luminous star into a dark and melancholic black hole, and it is the tendency of a black hole to suck everything and anything around itself resulting into darkness around its surroundings, similarly this human black hole went into the bigger black hole and created a state of darkness and sadness in his own past.
This Black Hole, Gargantua was not just any work of computers or VFX , it was an unnoticed piece of philosophy which explained Cooper in the best possible way.
Now it is up to you to answer the question, i asked in the beginning of this blog, until then enjoy the Interstellar..................
